Our Team
Richard L. Welch, Attorney at Law
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Law School, Richard has been practicing law in Northwest Austin for over 40 years. Although having practiced law in a number of areas, his practice is currently mostly limited to estate and probate law, which includes handling probate cases, preparing and updating wills, trusts, and Powers of Attorney. He also helps clients with business organizations, contracts, and real estate transactions.
Tanya Welch, Paralegal
Tanya is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and obtained her paralegal degree from Austin Community College in 2011. She has been a paralegal for 7 years. Her expertise is preparing and filing all necessary documents for probate cases and preparing other documents associated with estate planning such as Wills and Powers of Attorney. She will work directly with you to help provide you with the services that you need.
Terri Cooke, Paralegal
Terri Cooke has been working on Trust matters for over 10 years. She works with Richard in preparing the documents to create or update Trust Agreements. She will work directly with you to help provide you with the services that you need.
